FOR BLEED LIKE ME

iPhone
iPhone combines three products — a revolutionary mobile phone, a widescreen iPod with touch controls, and a breakthrough Internet communications device with desktop-class email, web browsing, maps, and searching — into one small and lightweight handheld device. iPhone also introduces an entirely new user interface based on a large multi-touch display and pioneering new software, letting you control everything with just your fingers. So it ushers in an era of software power and sophistication never before seen in a mobile device, completely redefining what you can do on a mobile phone.
There's your answer.

Went to the link and looked at what the iPhone offers. I'm not totally sold on the Phone aspect but I do like the iPod and text messaging/Internet features. I would get it for that purpose alone. I kinda of like having my phone be my phone. Who knows. I wonder if this will give the Blackberry a run for its money.

I'm a little upset that Paramount has agreed to license its content to iTunes, just because I don't think Apple should monopolize music *and* movies/TV in the VOD arena. PS I wouldn't want a touch screen phone.

I'm waiting for the Land-line to make it's come back. My connections have never been better than with a landline.

i just want my touchscreen + widescreen iPod that i've been waiting for! curse that phone!
btw, i ended up getting a 30 GB ipod. thought about getting a nano, but $199 for 4 GB just wasnt worth it, when i could pay $50 more for an extra 26 GB + video playback.
