This is a random blog, but I’ve been working on an L.A. music site with some friends, and it’s been slow going, getting started, etc. Most of the time, you have to deal with egos. But the best experience I’ve had thus far is with The Raveonettes, who not only gave us free tickets and press passes, but upgraded our interview from email to a phoner. And usually, they call you, but Sune actually gave us his NYC number. Wow. So bizarre to be *that* nice. And that hot. Now I really heart the Raves, for non-music reasons.
