Not sure if anyone has heard of this. My friend recently told me about this cool website. You can access any IM service from any computer. Just thought I'd share. I haven't actually used it on other computers. I've just tested it out on my own desktop. This will come in handy when I'm on rotations that have a lot of downtime. Hopefully they don't block the website at the hospital!!
