saw far from heaven today. it was good but very sad ... you don't come away from it feeling great. all i know is i could not live in the 1950's .... i would die. but pigern and darth pointed out that in the 1950's you wouldn't know anything else so you would just accept the way things are but i would think a part of you would find something wrong with it ... i mean it was so very very repressed then ... makes sense why people freaked when the 60's and 70's started ... ha ha
