i can't fall asleep...it sucks. anyways i caught a rerun of an old snl and the musical guest was ugly kid joe. i never noticed it before, maybe because he's been out of the business for quite sometime, but he really looks like freddie prince jr. i went to the no doubt concert on friday, yippee....... actually i couldn't back out of it. anyways i went into it thinking it would suck, but it was actually decent. the distillers put on a nice set, even though people didn't know who they were, then garbage came on and shirley manson kicked ass. never really seen them before, but their set was the highlight of the evening. man i feel like a girl. anyways then no doubt came on, and did the whole encore thing. i hate those, it's so lame. why do bands, esp. the "superstars" have to do that? just play the damn set thoroughly, and not come back out for an encore, everyone knows its coming. that's just my two cents. but i think you people would agree, no? oh ya, and of course almost acoustic x-mas is coming soon. night 2 anyone? c'mon you know you want to see chris carraba. someone, anyone, please? haha. hopefully i can go to sleep now. peace out.
